Another busy week at the loft has come and gone, and our team has been working hard on both repairs and new builds for sailors around the world. From luxury bluewater cruisers to sleek performance yachts, here’s what we’ve been up to.

Sail Repairs

Our repair team has been flat out this week, servicing sails for some of the most respected names in yacht building, including:

  • Jeanneau

  • Hanse

  • Lagoon

  • Fountaine Pajot

  • Swan

  • Oyster

These repairs ensure our clients can get back on the water with confidence, with sails looking sharp and performing at their best.

New Sails Completed

Alongside repairs, several exciting new projects were finished and packed for delivery:

  • Bavaria 37 – Radial Cut Furling Genoa heading to Kaneohe, Hawaii

  • J/100 – a stunning pair: Black Radial Cut Full Batten Mainsail & 135% Roller Furling Genoa, now en route to Savannah, Georgia

  • Admiral 40 – Mainsail & Genoa made for one of the local marinas here in Phuket

  • Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 – Square Top Mainsail built for our friends at @asiamarine_official

Each of these projects reflects the care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail our team brings to every sail we make.

Out and About – Grow Boating Phuket

On Friday, we were delighted to attend the Grow Boating networking event, this month sponsored by Kata Rocks to launch registration for both the Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous and the Kata Rocks Poker Run. It was a fantastic evening of connections and conversations within Phuket’s thriving marine community, and we’re proud to be part of such a dynamic local industry.

Annapolis Sailboat Show – See You There!

We’re excited to confirm once again that SEA Sailmakers will be at the Annapolis Sailboat Show this October 9th–12th. You’ll find us in Tent YB, Stand 20. If you’re attending, be sure to stop by — we’d love to meet you, answer your sailmaking questions, and chat about your next adventure on the water.

Until Next Week

From the loft here in Phuket to the docks in Annapolis, it’s a joy to see SEA Sails making their mark worldwide. Thank you, as always, to our clients and partners for trusting us with your sails.
