Your Privacy Choices

No page views, no interaction events, and no session recordings are collected while you browse. The analytics code is never loaded in the first place.

It does not affect anything you need the site to do. Your cart, your account, your quotes and your orders all keep working exactly as before, because those rely on strictly necessary information rather than on analytics.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we switch analytics off for you automatically and you do not need to do anything here. The signal controls analytics on this site; the section below explains how advertising measurement is controlled.

We advertise on Facebook, Instagram and Google. When an enquiry, a sailboat measurement request, a quote or an order comes from one of those adverts, we can tell the platform it happened, so we know which adverts bring us real customers instead of guessing.

What we send is deliberately narrow: the identifier the advert itself put in the link you clicked, and a scrambled one way version of your email address so the platform can recognise its own customer without us handing over the address itself. We do not send your name, your phone number, your postal address, or anything about your boat or your quote.

We do this from our own server after the fact. There is no advertising tracker running in your browser and no advertising cookie is ever set on this site, which is why you have not been asked to accept cookies.

If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, this only happens with your permission. The enquiry, sailboat measurement and checkout forms show you a checkbox asking whether we may report it. It is unticked by default, and saying no changes nothing about your quote or your order. If you ticked it and change your mind, contact us and we will stop and ask the platform to remove what was sent.

If your enquiry came through a form hosted on Facebook or Instagram, Meta already holds that lead, so confirming it exists is not gated on this permission. Until you say yes, though, we add nothing to it, including your email address.

Wherever you are, you have the right to object to this at any time. Contact us and we will stop reporting your conversions and ask the platform to remove what we have already sent. The toggle above does not control this, it controls whether we measure your browsing, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.
