Return Policy
How returns and exchanges work for SEA Sailmakers orders, including made-to-measure sails, canvas, and upholstery.
Custom-made to order
At SEA Sailmakers, each product is manufactured with care and inspected before shipment. Because many of our products are custom-made or produced to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
No-returns policy
All sales are final once an order has been confirmed and production has begun. We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Product no longer required
- Minor variations in colour, finish, or material that occur during manufacturing
Please ensure all specifications, measurements, and product selections are correct before confirming your order.
Manufacturing warranty
Custom sails and canvas are covered by our one-year limited manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. For full coverage, exclusions, and how to make a claim, see our Warranty page.
