Hello SEA Sailmakers community!

This week has been another whirlwind of activity as we continue to craft high-quality sails and deliver exceptional value to our customers around the globe. From reusing hardware to save costs to designing custom sails for unique yachts, here’s a look at what we’ve accomplished over the past week.

  • High Roach Mainsail for Aqua Charters, Koh Samui We’re thrilled to have completed a high roach mainsail for our friends at Aqua Charters in Koh Samui. To help them save hundreds of dollars, we reused the hardware from their old sail, showcasing our commitment to delivering both quality and cost-effective solutions.

  • Roller Furling Genoa for an Island Packet A new roller furling genoa is on its way to California, where it will enhance the performance of an Island Packet. This sail is designed for easy handling and durability, making it perfect for the long voyages ahead.

  • Full Batten Mainsail for a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 349 The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 349, known for its sleek design and smooth sailing, will now be equipped with a full batten mainsail crafted by our expert team. This sail is tailored to maximize performance and ensure a comfortable sailing experience.

  • Custom Lazy Bag/Stack Pack for a Custom Yacht We also designed and created a custom Lazy Bag/Stack Pack for a unique yacht. This custom solution is not only functional but also adds a touch of style to the vessel, making sail handling easier and more efficient.

  • Roller Furling Genoa for a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 349 In addition to the mainsail, we produced a roller furling genoa for another Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 349. This sail is designed to complement the mainsail, offering improved sail shape and ease of use.

  • Roller Furling Genoa for a Custom 24’ Sailboat Heading to Australia, this roller furling genoa was custom-made for a 24-foot sailboat. Our team ensured that the sail was tailored to meet the specific needs of this custom vessel, providing optimal performance.

  • Code Zero/Screecher for a Corsair 31 We crafted a Code Zero/Screecher for a Corsair 31, designed to enhance the boat’s downwind performance. This sail will allow the Corsair 31 to achieve higher speeds and better handling in a variety of wind conditions.

  • Short Batten Mainsail for a Kirie Feeling 1090 Finally, we completed a short batten mainsail for a Kirie Feeling 1090, which is on its way to San Diego. This sail is designed for durability and performance, ensuring that the Kirie Feeling 1090 will sail smoothly and efficiently.

In addition to our new sail projects, our design team also took on some important repair work this week. We had the opportunity to repair a Rolly Tasker Sails mainsail and genoa made for a Beneteau monohull. These repairs were meticulously carried out to restore the sails to their optimal condition, ensuring that they continue to perform at their best.

At SEA Sailmakers, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality sails that meet the unique needs of each of our customers. Whether it’s reusing hardware to save costs or designing custom sails for specialized yachts, we strive to offer the best solutions while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Our team is passionate about what we do, and we take great pride in seeing our sails perform around the world. From Koh Samui to California, Australia to San Diego, our sails are making a difference on the water, one project at a time.
