It has been an incredibly busy and productive couple of weeks for us at South East Asia Sails (SEA Sailmakers). From international travels to a wide range of sailmaking projects, we have a lot to share with you. Here’s a detailed look at what we’ve been up to over the last two weeks.

Iwiyisi and Rob Tasker, have been traveling across Greece and Spain, meeting with fellow sailmakers. These meetings are crucial for exploring new collaborations, learning about the latest innovations in sailmaking, and bringing fresh ideas and techniques back to our team in Phuket. We’re excited about the potential partnerships and advancements that will enhance our offerings to you.

Our dedicated sailmaking team has been hard at work, crafting high-quality sails for a variety of vessels. Here are the key projects we completed over the last two weeks:

• Mainsail, Mizzen, Genoa, and Hanks on Jib for a Custom Sailboat Based in the stunning Seychelles, this custom sailboat is now equipped with a complete set of new sails, ensuring optimal performance and durability in the beautiful Indian Ocean.

• Short Batten Mainsail for a Cape Dory Typhoon This sail is heading to Harbour Springs, Michigan, designed to enhance the sailing experience for the Cape Dory Typhoon, a popular daysailer known for its classic lines and performance.

• Hanks on Genoa and Jib for a Cape Cod Bullseye These sails are crafted for a Cape Cod Bullseye, destined for Sparrows Point, Maryland. Our team ensured these sails are perfect for the Bullseye’s traditional rigging and performance needs.

• Short Batten Mainsail for a Hinterhoeller 25 Heading to Sudbury, Ontario, this short batten mainsail is designed to provide excellent shape retention and durability for the Hinterhoeller 25.

• Full Batten Mainsail for an Endeavour 35 This mainsail is designed to deliver superior performance and longevity for the Endeavour 35, a vessel known for its cruising capabilities.

• 155% Hanks on Genoa for a J/22 Bound for New Orleans, this genoa is crafted to enhance the performance of the J/22, a popular racing and day sailing boat.

• Roller Furling Genoa for a Lagoon 400 Our friends at Nikorn Marine Tours will be outfitting their Lagoon 400 with this new roller furling genoa, ensuring easy handling and improved sailing efficiency for their tours.
