The past week and a half have been incredibly busy at the loft! Our repair team has been hard at work handling a steady stream of sail repairs—both big and small—for many of the local charter companies, including Sunsail, The Moorings, Dream Yacht Charters, Elite Charters, Faraway Yachting, Asia Marine, Nikon Marine and Max Marine. These fleets, made up of Lagoon Catamarans, Bali Catamarans, Fountaine Pajot Catamarans, Bavaria Yachts, Beneteau Yachts, Jeanneau Yachts, and Hanse Yachts, feature sails from Quantum Sails, Rolly Tasker Sails, Incidence Sails, and Evolution Sails—all of which have kept us on our toes with ongoing maintenance and repairs.
Beyond repairs, we also laundered several sails, including an enormous 22-meter-high sail—quite the undertaking, but we were more than up for the challenge!
Meanwhile, our sailmaking team has been working full steam ahead, completing:
A Short Batten Mainsail for a Beneteau 311, now on its way to North Fort Myers.
A Roller Furling Genoa for a Celestial 42, soon heading to Hawaii.
A Jib with a zip-up luff pocket for a Rustler 24, bound for Chester, Maryland.
A Hanks-on Genoa for a Santana 20.
A Short Batten Mainsail for a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 28.1, now off to Berlin, Germany.
A Roller Furling Genoa for an Island Spirit 410, soon to be sailing with our friends at @groupislandspirit Island Spirit Catamarans.
It’s been a productive stretch, and we’re incredibly grateful for the continued trust and support of our customers. We can’t wait to see these sails out on the water!
